Mental Health Care Plan
Individuals can obtain a mental health care plan through their GP, which accesses you up to 10 Medicare subsidised sessions.

NDIS Appointments
Individuals who have a self-managed NDIS plan are able to access psychology sessions with no gaps to pay depending upon their funding.

Individuals can attend appointments privately or can use their private health insurance for appointments.

CBT is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of difficulties. Schema Therapy recognises all human beings are strivings towards connection, understanding and growth. Schema Therapy is designed to address unmet needs and to help individuals break maladaptive patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. These patterns are often challenging to shift, however schema therapy assists individuals to develop healthier alternatives to replace them.

Emotion-focused therapy (EFT) is a therapeutic approach based on the premise that emotions are key to identity. According to EFT, emotions are also a guide for individual choice and decision making. This type of therapy assumes that lacking emotional awareness or avoiding unpleasant emotions can cause harm. It may render us unable to use the important information emotions provide.
