Do I have to have a mental health care plan?

No, you can access our services privately if you would prefer, however you will not be eligible for the medicare rebate if you do not have a mental health care plan.

What about Medicare?

The current Medicare rebate is $141.85 for a Clinical Psychologist, which covers part of your appointment. Please see your GP for a Mental Health Care Plan referral which you can provide to us prior to your first appointment.

What can I use for my telehealth appointment?

All you need for your appointment is a phone, tablet, laptop or computer. You will be sent an SMS of a private and secure link prior to your appointment, and once you have clicked this link, the psychologist will be notified that you are online.

What are your cancellation fees?

If you cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours, you will not be charged. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, we will charge a $60 fee. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, we will charge a $60 non-attendance fee.
